POLICIES, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES:
Please read our refund and exchange policies carefully before placing your order. Our brand will not be liable if these policies have not been read:
- We do not provide exchanges or refunds. If you have received an outfit that is faulty, or have an alteration issue, our team will be happy to assist until client’s satisfaction. No requests of alterations will be entertained after one week of receiving the order. We do not have a refund policy.
- If a client is unable to provide measurements on time for bespoke, the brand will not be responsible for delayed deliveries.
- Due to external factors affecting our work-stations, we can re-schedule the delivery date of the outfits at any moment. Our team will keep the client informed. During rush hours or delays in verification of information, orders can face temporary delays.
- Transits/Customs is beyond our control. If your parcel is held at customs and is awaiting clearance, it will cause delay in shipping. The brand will not be liable.
- There can be color variation due to different screen resolutions.

While we are committed to delivering precise sizing information and ensuring the quality of our products, we must inform you that variations of up to 1-2 inches may occur. We cannot be held responsible for the margin upto 1-2 inches. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues resulting from inaccurate sizing choices. We encourage customers to carefully review our sizing guides and reach out to our customer service team for assistance if needed.

Shipping charges are based on destination, size and weight of your order on international orders. Any customs duties or taxes applied will have to be paid by the client and our brand will not be responsible. If an item has been damaged during transit, the shipping services will be liable.
GENERAL POLICY
All our items are made to measure, due to which there’s no exchange/refund policy however, we value our clients and their concerns, if there’s anything that they are unsatisfied with shall be sorted out until client satisfaction.
Due to different screen resolutions, the colours may appear slightly different to what they may seem on the screen.
We can put our operations to halt at any time due to any unforeseen external issues such as the threat of any disease/lockdown/security threat that impacts our workshop until further notice/situation is better
The standard Delivery time for our outfits is 2-3 weeks. It may take a couple of days or less if there is an external issue that impacts our workshop.
All international orders are delivered through courier companies. The delivery charges will be paid by the client at the time of the order placement. Once the order has been dispatched, it’ll be between the client and the DHL representative to track their order via the provided tracking code.
